Three-part mobile safety cover<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A few weeks ago we delivered a three-part mobile safety cover<\/strong> for a pole vault landing area<\/strong> as part of our delivery for the Buchholz-Glarus project<\/strong> in Switzerland. In the meantime, we have successfully completed the Buchholz-Glarus project together with our partner VOGASPORT<\/strong> from Switzerland. Under the title “complete renovation of the Buchholz athletics facility”, the renovation of two parts of the Buchholz sports facility was carried out and artec was able to make a considerable contribution to this together with VOGASPORT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sports facilities in Buchholz-Glarus<\/strong> are an important part of the sports infrastructure, consisting of a triple gymnasium, a curling hall, an artificial ice rink, various grass pitches as well as a 400-meter running track including track and field equipment such as facilities for shot put, long jump, high jump and much more. The facility is mainly used by the Glarus Athletics Association (GLAV), the Glarus Athletics Club (LAV), the FC Glarus as well as the Glarus school and the cantonal school, and supra-regional competitions<\/strong> are held time and again. In addition, regional soccer courses and private individuals use the facility during the day and in the evening for their individual sports. The grass pitches are approved up to the second highest Swiss league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

as part of the overall renovation of the Buchholz-Glarus sports facility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The athletics facility in Buchholz-Glarus was built in 1981, so that after meanwhile well over thirty years of use, a general renovation had become necessary due to the existing deficiencies. In addition to a new grass playing field and 400-meter running track, a completely new irrigation and drainage system and various new track and field equipment were installed.
