The artec© Padel Court was specially developed for the requirements of the climate in our region. By using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art production techniques, we guarantee a durable, low-maintenance and weatherproof facility that fulfils the highest demands.
The advantages at a glance
German production
In order to fulfil our quality requirements, we produce all of our padel courts in house at our own production facility in Germany. By adhering to the strictest standards of quality and by using durable, premium materials, we guarantee consistently outstanding quality.
Approved construction
Our design is based on static calculations in accordance with the DIN standard and is optimised for wind zones 1 + 2, which corresponds to approx. 90% of the area of Germany, for example. For more demanding regions, we offer project-specific solutions. The solid steel posts and adapter plates ensure maximum sturdiness and stability.
Robust and reliable
The durability of a padel court is particularly important in outdoor areas. That’s why we rely on a first-class coating for the steel construction, which offers excellent corrosion protection even in coastal regions. The 12 mm laminated safety glass (LSG) used does not lead to injuries even if it breaks.
Personalisation
Thanks to in-house production and a sophisticated, segmented system, our padel courts offer a high degree of individualisation. This allows us to easily implement individual customisations.

Access and barrier-free design
Padel tennis should be accessible to everyone! The official specifications of the International Padel Federation (FIP) leave a certain amount of room for manoeuvre in the area of access openings, which we can design flexibly with our system. Flexible solutions for access heights and widths as well as barrier-free variants can therefore be realised.
Protective padding for safer play
Protective padding on the net posts and access points minimise the risk of injury and ensure safer play. For the customised padel court, please let us know your desired colour for the protective pads. We are also happy to realise individual printing according to your ideas.
Colours and branding
Whether club logos, sponsor advertising or individual colour designs – we also offer numerous customisation options to suit your needs.
- Steel construction
- At artec, you have the option to personalise the colour of your padel court. Thanks to close cooperation with our regional partner, the entire steel structure can be coated in the colour of your choice. There are virtually no limits to creativity and even colour combinations that reflect the club colours, for example, are conceivable. - Covering on the four corner posts
- As well as the steel construction, we also coat the cover of the two double posts at each corner of the padel court in your desired colour. Here is also space for lettering or sponsor logos.
- Glass decoration – design meets animal welfare
- The glass surfaces are the central feature and the absolute highlight of every padel court. Personalise the glass with logos or lettering and protect the wildlife at the same time. Huge glass surfaces, such as those found on padel courts, often pose a danger to birds. To prevent bird strikes, we can print customised motifs directly onto the panes using a ceramic glass printing process. We also offer the use of lightly printed or coloured laminated film (PVB film) in the glass, which also prevents birds from flying against the glass.
Padel court turf
Our system is technologically open – this means that various artificial turf surfaces can be easily combined with our padel court. We recommend choosing a short-pile surface for a fast game and optimum bounce behaviour. We will be happy to offer you an appropriate padel turf.
Sophisticated construction for the best playing comfort
Flush glass installation
Our padel courts are equipped with 12 mm thick laminated safety glass. This guarantees maximum safety, as the splinters are held together by an internal film in the event of breakage.
Thanks to the special stepped rebate technology on the vertical edges of the glass panes, the installation is flush, resulting in a level playing surface without any annoying gaps or unevenness. In addition, there is no point-by-point clamping by glass holders – an advantage both for safety and for an authentic playing experience.
Durable & robust coating
The durability of a padel court is particularly important outdoors. That’s why we rely on a first-class coating for the steel construction:
C4 corrosion class: even for locations in coastal regions with medium salt exposure, our construction is ideally suited. Even more resistant coatings are available on request.
Duplex system: Our posts and steel structures are first treated in a zinc bath, which means that they are not only optimally protected against corrosion from the outside, but also from the inside. This prevents problems caused by condensation and ensures a long service life. After galvanising, they are powder-coated in the desired RAL colour.
Sturdy construction and verified statics
A solid foundation is the basis for every high-quality padel court. That’s why we rely on a statically calculated, all-round strip foundation. Depending on the position, the foundation depth is up to 100 cm to ensure high stability even under strong wind loads (wind zone 2).
The solid stands with mounting adapter are attached directly to the foundation and allow the steel posts to be installed quickly and precisely. Particularly loaded areas, such as the corners with their two load-bearing posts, are optimised to safely transfer forces into the foundation.

Our padel courts are assembled by experienced artec employees – safely, efficiently and with the utmost precision. Thanks to the segmented system and our innovative plug-in construction, the padel court can be precisely aligned and installed safely and quickly.
