Long-lasting sports equipment
Through ongoing quality controls across the entire production process, we ensure flawless products, reduce avoidable complaints to an absolute minimum and delay the need for a new purchase as long as possible.
Raw material and supplier selection
The selection of our suppliers and raw materials is not left to chance. In addition to regional suppliers, we give preference to recycled raw materials. This enables us to regularly offer individual components or even entire products with an improved environmental footprint.
Sports equipment recycling
In many cases, defective, irreparable sports equipment can be recycled. That is why we support our customers in the appropriate disposal of old equipment. Through suitable recycling processes, a large proportion of the raw materials used can often be given a new lease of life in other areas.
How we do it
artec® contributes a piece of the puzzle to the sustainability award
The project “Mosaik” of the VfL Sittensen wins the NFV Sustainability Award, which is announced for the first time in 2021. The purpose of the large-scale project in Sittensen is to make the entire structure of the club sustainable. This includes ecological, economic as well as social sustainability.
SPORTFIX CLEAN for sustainable sports facilities
Now exclusively at artec®: the SPORTFIX CLEAN filtration channels from HAURATON.
Consequently, microplastics from artificial turf fields no longer pose a problem for the environment.
A new life for old high jump landing areas
Thanks to CO2-neutral foam recycling, the foam blocks of pole vault and high jump landing areas do not have to go to waste at the end of their life cycle.
Only genuine with the artec® logo – net hooks made of regranulate
Since the end of last year, our new net hooks for goal nets have been made from recycled plastic granulate – so-called regranulate.
Ecological goal nets – environmental protection on the sports field
The ecological soccer goal nets are made of polylactic acid (PLA). Since PLA is very robust and has a high strength, it is particularly suitable as an environmentally friendly alternative for goal nets.
Ecological sports facility in Sittensen
artec® receives a new major order from VFL Sittensen. The sports facility is planned and built on the premise of using sustainable raw materials and avoiding microplastics.
