Regranulate turns waste into high-quality net hooks
Our net hooks for goal nets have been made from recycled plastic granulate since the end of last year. The so-called regranulate is produced from production waste in a recycling process. The plastic waste from industry and commerce that is processed into regranulate has almost identical material properties to the original plastic granulate. This means that we can conserve our valuable resources while maintaining consistently high product quality. This is because plastics cannot be recycled by nature and automatically returned to the natural cycle. So the more plastic waste is recycled in other products, the less our environment is polluted. Another advantage: the whole thing takes place in our region and long, environmentally damaging transport routes are eliminated.
Recognizable by the artec® embossing
Since the net hooks for goal nets made of the regranulate cannot be visually distinguished from the conventional net hooks, we have provided the new variant with our branding. The embossed artec logo inside the net hook makes it clear that this is the new, resource-saving variant. An additional advantage of the logo integration is that customers can identify the manufacturer directly from the product and address repeat orders or queries in a simple and targeted manner. easytec net suspension – simple and safe
easytec – at artec® that means: safety net hooks. With the help of the technically advanced net hooks, the goal net is very easy to install. With a single 90° turn, the hook is fixed directly into the goal frame profile by hand or with pliers. Subsequently, the net can be hung.
Protruding hooks or eyelets for net attachment pose a danger to players. To avoid injuries on the sports field, our net hooks are designed especially flat and without sharp corners or edges. This significantly reduces the risk of injury associated with net suspension. The artec® net hooks are safe – for human and net. The net is protected by the suspension with the hooks and is therefore particularly durable.
Net suspension without net hooks
Protruding net hooks can be completely avoided thanks to the milled-in net suspension. With this variant, the net is hooked directly into the milling provided for this purpose in the goal frame profile. Thus, there is no need for additional hooks that protrude from the goal frame and can cause injuries. To ensure that the alternative net suspension without hooks does not damage the goal net, our net milling is carefully deburred twice.
