Sports equipment for the “Areal Rehlberg”

artec® has a new order from STRABAG Sportstättenbau GmbH for the sports facility “Areal Rehlberg” in Georgsmarienhütte, which will be further developed and redesigned. The plan is to build a modern sports facility and a new sports home. Demolition and earthworks have been in full swing since October 2019. The sports facility is expected to be renovated by spring 2021. To equip the new sports facility, artec® supplies products for various disciplines:
Competition and youth goals
The “Areal Rehlberg” will be equipped with 2 competition goals and 4 youth soccer goals. The soccer goal is a professional goal of the highest quality. It has a free net suspension and is thus supplied with tension rods. The associated ground frame can be folded up so that lawn care can also be carried out in the goal area without restrictions.
The youth soccer goals have a dimension of 5 x 2 m and are of the PROTECTOR type. At artec® this means that the goal is equipped with an anti-tilt device ex works. The anti-tilt device is made of aluminum profiles with integrated steel counterweight. So that the youth goals can also be used flexibly on the sports facility, the anti-tilt device also has wheels with excellent running properties.
The competition goals and youth goals also come with the ARENA net safety device. These close the milled-in net suspension precisely so that the goal net cannot be easily dismantled. Thus, the mains fuse serves to protect against theft.
Team cabin “Frankfurt”
The team cabin “Frankfurt” with a length of 4 m is an extremely robust coaches cabin in a straight design. The rear wall as well as the lower side walls are made of aluminum, which makes the cabin extremely robust. The upper side walls are made of macrolon glass. This creates optimal viewing conditions for game tracking.
In the premium version, the team cabin also comes with a floor plate. Alternatively, artec® also has a cost-optimized version of the cabin in its product range. You will find these under the “easytec” series.
Long jump and high jump
For the long jump pit artec® supplies a jump pit cover with link chain. The cover is made of tear-resistant mesh fabric and is coated with PVC. The use of the link chain means that no further fastening measures need to be taken. In addition to the cover, take-off boards for the long jump pit are also supplied, including a lifter and installation tray.
High jump landing area and high jump stands are needed for the high jump facility. The high jump landing area has a size of 6 x 4 m and has an intermediate floor. To ensure that the landing area rests securely, a high-quality support grid made of aluminum from the easytec product line is used. In addition, the high jump landing area is optimally protected from external weather conditions with the help of a rain cover as well as a mobile safety cover.
The high jump landing area also includes the matching high jump stands. The aluminum high jump stand is adjustable up to a height of 2.5 m (alternatively, artec® also has a high jump stand with a maximum height of 3 m in its assortment). The stands are also certified by World Athletics and therefore suitable for professional competitions.
