artec® presents sports equipment in English
NEW: Online shop for sports equipment in English version
After having provided a shop exclusively in German under shop.artec-sportgeraete.de so far, there is now additionally the possibility to visit our online shop for sports equipment in English version. This means that our customers from abroad can now also view the entire artec® product range and find out about our large variety of products. Price comparisons and the selection of products are thus considerably simplified. You can reach the shop in English version under shop-en.artec-sportgeraete.de. Alternatively, you can change the language version from German to English via the German artec® shop with one click. You will then automatically be in the English shop.
Product inquiries around the clock
We have integrated an inquiry function into our English version of the online shop, just like the existing German shop. For an inquiry, simply select the relevant products and add them to the inquiry using the corresponding button. With one click you can send us a collective request for the selected products. In case of unanswered questions or special requests, please enclose a personal message to your request. We will then prepare a concrete offer for you. If the offer appeals to you, you can easily order the products. Whenever you want to buy new sports equipment, you can use this function – no matter what time it is or where you are. This means that our clients are no longer bound to our office hours, which increases our reachability enormously, especially in regions with a large time difference.
Buy sports equipment and soccer goals online directly from the manufacturer
You can order over 1000 products from the manufacturer at attractive prices via our English online shop for sports equipment. Due to the different shipping conditions of our products with special dimensions and weights, we cannot offer you direct purchase in the shop outside of Germany at this time. With the inquiry function, we have created a way to conveniently inquire our products worldwide online. Through the inquiry, the shipment can be checked in advance and a smooth process can be guaranteed. An inquiry is not a purchase – i.e. the offer prepared by artec® can be checked once again before the order is confirmed and can be changed if necessary.
The artec® product range in the online shop
The artec® online shop convinces – in English as well as in German – by a clear structure with simple menu navigation. Of course, it follows the corporate design of artec®. The menu consists of seven product groups: soccer, track and field, sports field supplies, basketball, volleyball, other sports and the best of our leftover materials. Within these product groups, you first have the option of narrowing down your search via submenus. For further product selection and differentiation of the products, there is a detailed filter menu on the left side. On the product page, we offer you technical product details as well as information about the delivery time and the price. This gives you a comprehensive price transparency. For all products, our online shop will show you suggestions for matching accessories or other interesting products so that you can check out additional, useful product options.
Online purchase as supplement
Even though purchases are now possible online for all customers, our competent team is of course still available for you in person. For us, the online shop does not replace personal customer contact and service, but complements it in an optimal way. Although we display some information about our sports equipment online, in some cases it cannot replace an individual telephone consultation. Because who can tell you more about high-quality sports equipment and soccer goals than the manufacturer himself?!
