The volleyball posts made of aluminum from artec® Sportgeräte are suitable for various applications. We have posts for competition, training or even for public places in the program. So you will find the right product with the optimum technology for every application.
For the volleyball posts we use high quality aluminum profiles. These have the advantages that, unlike profiles with low material thickness, they are very stable and last much longer. In addition to the extraordinary product quality, our volleyball posts and our other products are characterized by a very high ease of use or functionality.
Competition and training facility
In our competition systems, the tensioning and adjusting devices for the net are inside the volleyball post. This has the advantage that the net can be adjusted in height when it is taut. This allows the net to be quickly and easily adjusted during competition operation, significantly increasing the functionality of the system. For the competition equipment it is also necessary that the product has necessary test marks (DVV I, TÜV). These are of course available with us, so that it can be ensured that the volleyball equipment from artec® complies with the current competition standards. For our volleyball posts made of aluminum for competition we use a profile with the dimension 100 x 120 mm.
For training needs and also for leisure, we manufacture volleyball posts with external protected tensioning device. This construction is simpler compared to the posts of the competition system and thus offers cost advantages for the buyer.
Mobile and combination systems
If a facility is to be used not only for volleyball, but also, for example, for other sports such as badminton or tennis, then we offer so-called combination facilities. For example, clubs can thus use the facility multifunctionally and do not have to purchase a facility for each sport individually. This results in an excellent price-performance ratio.
The volleyball posts made of aluminum can be firmly anchored in the ground, but we also offer mobile posts that can be moved around the court and used in different places. For training or playing in leisure time, our volleyball posts thus offer the highest possible flexibility. Our mobile systems are made of 80 x 80 mm aluminum profiles. Weights are also processed to secure the mobile equipment from tipping over.
For public places we offer extremely stable volleyball posts made of aluminum with the profile dimension 300 x 120 mm or made of a galvanized steel profile with the dimension 150 x 150 mm. In addition, a volleyball net made of Hercules rope is the perfect solution for public places, as it is safe from vandalism.
Beach volleyball posts
For beach volleyball facilities, we also offer volleyball posts with a completely internal tensioning mechanism. Thus, the net can also be adjusted in height here in the tensioned state. We can also supply the volleyball posts for beach facilities in a powder-coated variant – for example, in a bright yellow.
Accessories for volleyball facilities
Ground sockets: To anchor the volleyball posts securely in the ground, they are embedded in so-called ground sockets. These are firmly concreted into the ground so that the possibility of the plant tipping over can be ruled out. Depending on the type of volleyball facility (competition, training, beach volleyball), ground sockets in different dimensions must also be used due to different post profiles. Basically, artec® continues to offer standard ground sockets with a loose lid as well as special ground sockets that include a fixed tilting lid.
Volleyball nets: Different nets can be attached to the volleyball posts. You can also find a wide range of nets in our online store. These include, for example, volleyball nets made of polypropylene, Hercules net (polypropylene with steel insert), or even the volleyball net Dralo made of galvanized steel wire rope. For safe and convenient storage, we recommend a net hoop on which the volleyball net can be easily rolled up and stored after use.
Protective pads: The aluminum volleyball posts can be equipped with protective pads. The post is thus enclosed in a protective pad, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring safe play and training. Depending on the type of profile of the volleyball post, we offer protective pads in different designs.
Transport and storage
For safe transport as well as convenient storage of the volleyball posts, we recommend a transport and storage cart made of high-quality aluminum. If the volleyball posts are only to be stored, then they can also be placed on a bracket that is permanently mounted on the wall. In addition, we offer a storage stand for volleyball posts, which is firmly concreted into the ground. With all three storage options, volleyball posts can be safely stowed away.
To protect the beach volleyball facility, there are also covers made of mesh fabric. These are available in two different versions: The first variant comes with a link chain and hem, the second with rope and snap hook for attachment.
